Track Attack Dryland Training

Track Attack is directed at skiers from age 10-12. Objectives for this program include skiers becoming technically competent.  Skiers will explore a wide range of cross country ski activites including back country excursions and Ski Tournaments.  Skiers will develop fitness through active play, games, and other activities, have fun, have an opportunity to be part of a sport "team", develop competence in cross country ski skills, be exposed to a variety of "adventure-based" cross-country ski activities.  Phone Linda or Fred to register for this program or plan to attend our Snow Show and Ski Swap on November 15, 2008 at 10 AM at the Prestige Hotel.  Track Attack meets two days per week, on Thursday and Sunday.  Phone Linda or Fred for more details.
